Ways to Give

Find the level of support that’s right for you.

Make a Gift

Join the CCP with a gift and support public programs including exhibitions and artist talks. The Center’s 5,000 square-foot gallery hosts an ongoing stream of original exhibitions that travel to venues around the world and a permanent collection gallery features selected highlights of photographic history. To accompany its exhibitions and share knowledge about the medium of photography, the Center offers lectures, tours, and many other educational opportunities. It also publishes exhibition catalogues and books on the history of photography, its theory, criticism, and practice. Your gift will also fund core activities of the Center for Creative Photography including archive acquisitions, research fellowships, digital access and publications. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today online or by mailing a check made out to The University of Arizona Foundation/Center for Creative Photography to Center for Creative Photography, 1030 N Olive Road, Tucson AZ 85721.

Naming Opportunities

From equipping the conservation lab to providing state-of-the-art storage, naming opportunities are available to memorialize your family or your organization.

Endowments

The Center has a number of endowments established by individuals with exceptional vision. Making a donation to an endowment means you give a gift that keeps on giving! These funds welcome your endorsement.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts are commitments made by you today but are not actually realized by the University of Arizona Foundation until some future date. They range from simple agreements to complex trust arrangements and can be designated to benefit the Center. Some offer an income for life and they all provide income tax and estate tax benefits. Photographs and Archives

Please note: The Center for Creative Photography is pausing acquisitions as we engage in the search for our next executive director. We look forward to resuming this important work in the near future.

Offers of photographs and archives are reviewed by the Acquisition Review Committee. Initial conversations for archival acquisitions should begin with completion of an archival proposal form

The Center for Creative Photography's fine print collection includes over 100,000 prints, and the Center continues to acquire work through purchase and donation. Dedicated to expanding the history of photography, generating new discourse, and reflecting the rich variety of our communities, CCP established an endowment in 2021 committed to diversifying the collection and acquiring the work of historically underrepresented artists. As the Center approaches its 50th Anniversary, it is critical that the institution focuses on sustainable collecting practices for the next 50 years. To do this work with best practice, CCP is undergoing an assessment of acquisition criteria, staffing, process, and capacity. During this time, the acceptance of donations will be greatly reduced.
